Description

Convert pseudo-BIDS of OASIS to real BIDS. Follow-up on issue #572

Requirements

• The NII2BIDS will be simplified so it could be used for the conversion 👍
• Script for the conversion from pseudo-BIDS to BIDS 👍
• Fix issue Correct BIDS fields of structural scans #571 for structural files
• Fix issues GE scalings should be applied in import #604 and Siemens scalings are applied in the import #605 to apply all scalings (also non-DICOM) before the conversion to BIDS

How to test

For all 4 flavors in OASIS

• Final check of the JSONs
• Final check of the file structure
• Check with BIDS validator
• Convert to Legacy and process and check if CBF values are reasonable
