Description

All Siemens related scalings should be applied already in the DICOM2BIDS conversion and not in the quantification itself.

Requirements

Move the Quantification scalings to the DICOM2BIDS script. In the quantification script - check for the file version (GeneratedBy). If ExploreASL version is not given or is older (careful about BETA string), then do apply the scalings in the quantification. Otherwise assume that the scalings were done already in the import and should not be applied in the quantification.

This has to be done both in old and new import.
