Description

"CoilString" in anat/perf should be named "ReceiveCoilName" - we have to make sure that this is renamed automatically. Normally, this is also assigned in DICOM Tag 0018, 1250 Receive Coil Name, but not always.

Make sure the EffectiveEcho spacing is calculated for structural scans automatically in the same way as it is done for ASL.
