Purpose

Update tests to use none ML AutoComplete because MLAutoComplete TOU defaults to false -> AutoComplete popup will not open when running tests

Regressions are reflected on job https://master-15.jenkins.autodesk.com/job/DYN-Dynamo/job/DynamoBuildscripts/job/master/2444/. This PR should unblock master build, and will be cherry-picked soon.
