Our factory is equipped with Karl Mayer warping and sizing machines from Germany, Picanol weaving machines from Belgium, Mayer&Cie knitting machines from Germany, and Itema towel weaving machines from Italy. The production capacity includes 1,400,000 linear meters of raw woven fabric, 135 tons of knitted fabric, and 80 tons of towels per month. These machines offer a wide range of high-quality weaving capabilities.
The produced goods are mainly composed of 100% cotton. The raw woven fabrics can range from 90 cm to 340 cm in width and include types such as cretonne, ranforce, satin, striped satin, gabardine, ripstop, and more. The factory also produces knitted fabrics such as interlock, lacoste, supima, two-thread, ribana, and kashkorse, as well as plain and jacquard terry towels. The total production area is approximately 20,000 m².

About Us
Established in 2012 in Sumqayit, GiLTEX LLC is the only enterprise in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus region built with a vertical integration system, encompassing the entire technological sequence of textile production. Our facilities include a Spinning Mill, two Weaving Mills, two Dyeing Mills, a Sewing Factory, and a Medical Mask Factory.
Certifications
GILTEX LLC has established a multi-stage quality control system. The acceptance of raw materials and auxiliary supplies into the facility is carried out in accordance with specifications drawn up based on local and international normative documents. The quality indicators of the products are regularly tested by the Central Testing Laboratory, which is equipped with modern equipment. Regular inter-laboratory tests are conducted with foreign customers. The laboratory staff have participated in training organized by international accreditation bodies on the ISO 17025:2017 standard. The existing Quality Management System in the facility is certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
GILTEX LLC products have received a conformity certificate under the AZS National Certification System.
