GiLTEX Weaving Factory is equipped with advanced machinery from leading European manufacturers, including Karl Mayer warping and sizing machines from Germany, Picanol weaving machines from Belgium, Mayer & Cie knitting machines from Germany, and Itema towel weaving machines from Italy. The factory boasts a monthly production capacity of 1,400,000 meters of raw woven fabric, 135 tons of knitwear, and 80 tons of towels. The fabrics are primarily made from 100% natural cotton, ensuring high quality, comfort, and durability.

The factory’s output includes raw woven fabrics, ranging in width from 90 cm to 340 cm, with varieties such as cretonne, ranforce, satin, striped satin, gabardine, ripstop, and more. Additionally, knitted fabrics such as interlock, lacoste, two-thread, ribana, as well as plain and jacquard terry towels are produced. The total production area spans approximately 20,000 m².
