About Swarmer

Serhii Kupriienko has served as Swarmer’s Global Chief Executive Officer since September 2025 and a member of our board of directors since December 2023. He previously served as our Chief Executive Officer from January 2024 to September 2025 and our Secretary from September 2025 to January 2026. Previously, Serhii served as the Vice President of Business Continuity of Squad Ukraine, a research and development company that develops AI-powered smart camera solutions from January 2021 until September 2023, where he led the end-to-end development and delivery of AI and computer vision software to more than 25 million end-user devices and oversaw team reallocation and safety operations. Serhii also served in multiple research leadership roles starting in January 2018 at Ring in Ukraine, including Research Program Manager, Head of Research, Director of Research, and as General Manager of Research from April 2019 until January 2021. At Ring, he managed multiple AI and engineering teams to deliver AI and computer-vision software.

Alexander Fink has served as Swarmer’s U.S. Chief Executive Officer since September 2025 and as President and a member of our board of directors since May 2023. He previously served as our Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Open Press Wire, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to free and open news content, a position he has held since its founding in November 2024. Previously, Alex founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Otherweb, Inc., a software and AI private company focused on aggregating, analyzing, and distributing content at scale from September 2021 until April 2025. At Otherweb, he oversaw the operations of a digital platform with millions of users worldwide. In addition, Alex founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Panopteo, LLC,, a private consulting company specializing in military camera, drones, and similar system and software projects from November 2015 until June 2022. At Panopteo, he oversaw 35 projects from inception to mass production. Throughout his entire career, Alex has managed engineering teams in several companies, including Zoran Corporation, Videostitch (also known as Orah), a private company focused on camera and virtual reality product manufacturing, and Ambarella, a semiconductor design company. Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Sciences from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology in 2006 and his Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Business in 2018.

Jennifer DeTrani has served as Swarmer’s Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel since January 2026. Previously, Jennifer served as Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at Nisos Holdings Inc., a private intelligence company assisting enterprises to identify adversaries and related threats. At Nisos, she led legal strategy and corporate affairs initiatives, specializing in human risk intelligence for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to that, Jennifer co-founded and served as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of Wickr, a secure messaging subsidiary of Amazon Web Services, from February 2013 to February 2019. At Wickr, she oversaw the company’s legal and human resources functions, ensuring compliance with evolving privacy regulations. Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Southern District of California. Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.

Brooks Ensign has served as Swarmer’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2026. Brooks most recently served as a consultant for various clients, including serving as Interim CFO for Nuvox Therapeutics, Inc., from February 2025 to July 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Controller for Aptose Biosciences, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing targeted cancer therapies, from December 2022 until September 2024. Brooks also served as Global Corporate Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer from July 2021 to October 2022 for Silvaco Group, Inc., a multinational semiconductor design software company, where he led the global finance and account teams in preparation for Silvaco’s initial public offering. He also served as the controller for Nervana Systems, Inc., a deep learning artificial intelligence start-up that was subsequently acquired by Intel Corporation. Earlier in his career, Brooks managed corporate development transactions in Central and Eastern Europe for ICN Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Brooks served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, with combat experience in the Arabian Gulf. He received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College. Brooks received a Master’s degree in Accounting from National University, where he has also served as an instructor in finance and data science since 2013.

Mykhailo Nestor has served as Chief Product Officer of Swarmer since March 2026. In this role, he leads product strategy and development of the company’s software platform for autonomous systems and coordinated drone operations. Prior to joining Swarmer, Mykhailo served as Chief Product Officer and Board Member at Kyivstar Group Limited, Ukraine’s largest digital operator, a part of the global telecommunications group VEON. During his seven years with the company, he built and led the product organization responsible for large-scale digital platforms and services used by millions of customers and helped establish Kyivstar.Tech, a separate technology company focused on modern digital product development. Earlier in his career, Mykhailo held leadership roles across product management, digital technology, and startups. He was a Product Leader at Creatio, where he worked on enterprise CRM and process automation products, and he founded the startup LifeTracker.io. He also has experience in the digital communications industry, where he helped build Havas Digital where he led digital marketing, production and technology projects for major international and regional companies. Mykhailo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies and a Master’s degree in Public Relations from the National University of Ostroh Academy.

Garrett Kasper has served as Swarmer’s Vice President of Communications and Marketing since December 2025. Prior to joining Swarmer, Garrett led external communications and media relations for several programs at L3Harris Technologies, including AMORPHOUS and the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS system, which has been used extensively in Ukraine. From March 2020 to Dec. 2023, he worked as a contractor for SAIC as the Director of Cybersecurity Communications for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Garrett served in a variety of leadership roles in corporate communications across the aerospace, defense, transportation, biotechnology and health care industries. Garrett has served in the U.S. Navy for nearly 30 years as a Public Affairs Officer, both on active duty and in the Navy Reserves. He has conducted more than 500 media embarkations during kinetic operations in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq, served as the spokesperson for a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, and was selected in 2005 to be a member of the Navy’s flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels. In 2020, he deployed for a year as the Director of the Joint Information Bureau for detainee operations at Joint Task Force Guantanamo in Cuba. Garrett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Marquette University. He is also a graduate of the Defense Information School and is a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College.

Natalia Renska has served as Vice President of Engineering at Swarmer since 2025. In this role, she leads engineering execution and delivery operations for the company’s platform supporting autonomous systems and coordinated drone operations. Prior to joining Swarmer, Natalia held leadership roles in multiple technology organizations where she built and scaled engineering teams responsible for complex software and hardware-integrated products. Throughout her career, Natalia has worked across several industries including miltech, home security systems, digital platforms, retail, energy (oil and gas) and corporate and investment banking. Her work has focused on building engineering organizations, establishing structured product development processes, and supporting the creation and development of research and development centers. Natalia has extensive experience leading engineering transformations and developing operational frameworks that enable organizations to deliver complex technology systems and scale product development in demanding environments. She received her Master’s degree in computer systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine’s Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 2006.

Oleksii Filippenkov has served as Swarmer’s Vice President of Operations since 2024. He is responsible for overseeing operational strategy, organizational infrastructure, and cross-functional execution as the company scales its global footprint and advances toward public markets. Previously, Oleksii served as Chief Operating Officer at CSD, a European laboratory network, where he led operational management across a multi-site platform, implemented performance-driven governance systems, and supported strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, he served as Head of Launching New Countries Team at Dodo Pizza, a global quick-service restaurant brand ranked among the top 25 QSR companies worldwide. In that role, he was responsible for leading international market entry initiatives and managing cross-border teams responsible for launching operations in new countries. Oleksii brings extensive experience in operational leadership, international expansion, and scaling high-growth organizations, with a focus on disciplined execution, structural efficiency, and building performance-oriented teams.

Geneviève du Lac joined Swarmer in June 2024 as our Vice President of Finance for Europe, and supports our financial strategy in the company’s mission to bring autonomous drone swarm technology to scale. She is an accomplished finance executive with nearly two decades of hands-on leadership across Scan-as-a-Service, e-Commerce, and high-growth startups. She brings deep expertise in international financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and scaling finance infrastructure for venture capital- and private equity-backed companies, with fluency in both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Before joining Swarmer, she served as Head of Finance at LuxSci and vice president of Finance & Operations at Wine Country Connect. Earlier in her career, she built a broad cross-industry practice through her international consulting firm, Vela Finance. Geneviève holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Eugene Yakovlev has served as Swarmer’s Vice President of EU Sales since February 2026, leading the company’s strategic sales initiatives and expansion across Europe and other international markets. Prior to joining Swarmer, Eugene served as Chief Partnership Development and Investor Relations Officer at Skyeton Holding, a leading European UAV manufacturer. In this role, he led international business development, fundraising, investor relations, and global market expansion efforts. Earlier, Eugene held senior executive roles as Chief Business Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Dragonfly Aerospace, a South African satellite manufacturing company. He also held leadership positions at Noosphere Ventures, a U.S.-based venture capital firm, where he managed a diversified multi-sector portfolio with a strong focus on the space sector. Eugene holds degrees in Economic Diplomacy and Enterprise Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and the National University of Economics. He has also completed executive training in business management and holds multiple professional certifications.

Brady Cline has served as Swarmer’s Senior Director of U.S. Sales since January 2026, where he leads U.S. Sales and our go-to-market strategy. Brady has more than 25 years of experience across global defense and intelligence, command-and-control, and AI-driven geospatial analytics. He has built and led high-performance revenue organizations that introduce emerging technologies into complex national security environments and convert strategy into measurable growth. Prior to joining Swarmer, he spent seven years at Esri leading their Enterprise Analytics and AI/ML business development efforts, driving the adoption of advanced geospatial and decision-support capabilities for the U.S. Department of War and Intelligence Community. Earlier in his career, Brady held senior leadership roles at Systematic and SpaceKnow, where he scaled C2 platforms, geospatial analytics solutions, and commercial space-based intelligence offerings across government and enterprise markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from George Mason University.

Oleksandr Lepetun has served as Director of Sales at Swarmer since December 2025. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and executing Ukraine’s national sales strategy, as well as building and strengthening strategic partnerships with defense manufacturers and frontline military units there. A senior leader with extensive experience in the defense and aviation sectors, Oleksandr has a deep understanding of markets, technologies, and the real operational needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which allows him to translate complex defense and aviation technologies into effective, practical solutions for the modern battlefield. His professional expertise spans contract management, manufacturing, repair, technical support, and project management, with a consistent focus on aviation programs. While working across various enterprises within Ukroboronprom, Oleksandr contributed to aviation export and import projects, international industrial cooperation, and contractual activities, ensuring full compliance with international standards and requirements. Oleksandr holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Management from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, as well as a second higher education degree in Aviation Transport from Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University.

Olga Sidorina Wilkins has served as Swarmer’s HR Director since September 2025, where she leads the company’s global human resources function and oversees People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide. Prior to joining Swarmer, Olga served as Head of HR and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at MacPaw, where she led HR strategy and DEI initiatives across the organization. Earlier in her tenure at MacPaw, she held several HR leadership roles overseeing talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee engagement while supporting the company’s global expansion. Earlier in her career, Olga held HR leadership roles at Petcube and Preply and contributed to people and culture initiatives at Zalando, Superhuman (ex. Grammarly), Ciklum, and Star (ex. Cogniance), helping scale HR functions in fast-growing technology companies. Since 2022, Olga has advised organizations on inclusive hiring and reintegrating veterans from combat operations in Ukraine. She holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation (German and English) from Kyiv National Linguistics University and has completed executive certification programs in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR at Cornell University and People in Organizations and HR System Transformation at Kyiv Mohyla Business School.

Efi joined Swarner as Chief of Staff in January 2026, bringing over a decade of leadership in strategy, growth, and innovation. Since 2015, he has served as a consultant and interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer for various startups, specializing in market expansion and building high-performing teams. His foundational corporate experience includes four years at Hewlett Packard, where he managed global operational excellence and production. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Middle East studies and a Master of Arts degree in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University, complemented by advanced certifications in Lean Management, Venture Capital and Strategic Innovation.
