GA25 Shuttle Service Information
Shuttles will operate daily between GA25 hotels and venues, following a consistent schedule. Below are the special route variations and unique timing details for Friday and Saturday.
Friday, July 11 – Pre-Event Shuttle Day
Route 1 – Hilton ↔ Mississippi Blvd Christian Church
Travel Time: 30–35 minutes roundtrip
Shuttle Times:
• 7:30 AM – Pick up at the Hotel | Drop off at Mississippi Blvd. CC
• 4:00 PM – Pick up at Mississippi Blvd. CC | Drop off at the hotel
Route 2 – Downtown Hotels ↔ Mississippi Blvd Christian Church
Loop Frequency: ~20 minutes
Shuttle Times:
• 7:30 AM – Pick up at the Hotel | Drop off at Mississippi Blvd. CC
• 4:00 PM – Pick up at Mississippi Blvd. CC | Drop off at the hotel
For those attending the Anti-Racism and Pro-Reconciliation Training Only
• 8:30 AM – Pick up at Mississippi Blvd. CC | Drop off at the Civil Rights Museum
• 11:30 AM – Pick up at the Civil Rights Museum | Drop off at Mississippi Blvd. CC
Saturday, July 12 – Opening day of GA
Route 1 – Hilton Memphis ↔ Renasant Convention Center
Travel Time: 30–35 minutes
Shuttle Times & Frequency:
• Early Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (every 30 minutes)
• Midday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (light service, every 2–3 hours)
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (every 30–45 minutes)
• Late Night: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (every 45 minutes)
Route 2 – Downtown Hotels ↔ Renasant Convention Center
Servicing Hotels: DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hyatt Centric, Caption by Hyatt
Shuttle Times & Frequency:
• Early Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (every 20 minutes)
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (every 30–45 minutes)
• Late Night: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (every 45 minutes)
While the downtown hotels are within walking distance of the convention center, shuttle service will be provided during morning and evening hours.
From Sunday, July 13 until Tuesday, July 15
Route 1 – Hilton Memphis ↔ Renasant Convention Center

• Early Morning: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (every 30 minutes)
• Midday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (light service, every 2–3 hours)
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (every 30–45 minutes)
• Late Night: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (every 45 minutes)
