Michael McLinn
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Read BioMichael has spent 30 years building software—starting at age 14—with deep expertise in healthcare technology, including leading mobile development for American Well and CareCloud. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and co-founded Full Code Medical with Kimo Takayesu to address the critical need for accessible medical simulation.
J. Kimo Takayesu, MD, MS
Chief Medical Officer, Co-Founder
Read BioDr. Kimo Takayesu is an ER physician at Mass General Brigham (MGB) and served for over 15 years as the Associate Residency Director for the Harvard-Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency (HAEMR), establishing the HAEMR Medical Education Fellowship in 2018. Kimo designed the first fully-integrated simulation curriculum in the US for HAEMR in 2004 and brought simulation training to practicing physicians and nurses as the Simulation Officer for MGH Emergency Medicine. Kimo holds an MD from UCSF, an MS in Health and Medical Sciences Education from UC Berkeley, and a BS from Brown University. As one of the co-founders of Full Code Medical, he and Michael are passionate about scaling simulation training to empower clinicians and improve quality.

Read BioJames leads the effort to get Full Code into as many learners' hands as possible. He brings over 12 years of experience growing products, including other education and medical simulation platforms.

Read BioLuke has been building the Full Code platform since the very beginning as the company’s first employee. He met Michael McLinn while working as a junior developer, and has spent his entire professional career helping build and grow Full Code. He has been deeply involved in designing and developing the core systems that power the Full Code today.

Principle 3D Artist
Read BioLogan has been bringing Full Code to life with realistic graphics for 5 years and continues to find new ways to improve the visual fidelity of Full Code. She's been a 3D artist for more than 10 years and has experience working on video games, training simulations, footwear development, and interactive displays.
Abby Norman
Senior Medical Editor
Read BioAbby has been a medical writer and editor for over a decade. Since joining Full Code, she’s brought her medical education experience to her work as senior medical editor, generative AI lead, QA manager, and case writer. She’s trained with AMWA and the Dartmouth Institute, and contributed to research and advocacy at Stanford, the National Partnership for Women and Families, Yale’s CORE Network, ACOG, CMS, and SWHR.
Kriti Bhatia, MD
Director of Education
Read BioDr. Kriti Bhatia is an emergency medicine physician whose career has spanned from the bedside to medical education. She holds deep expertise on resource utilization in all aspects of medical care, and is a medical education and operations consultant in India. Kriti has held national leadership positions in residency education and is passionate about mentoring women in medicine.
Joshua Feblowitz, M.D.
Director of Clinical Content
Read BioDr. Joshua Feblowitz, MD, MS, is a practicing emergency medicine physician and medical educator who leads clinical content at Full Code. He completed his emergency medicine training in the Harvard-Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency (HAEMR) program, where he met Dr. Kimo Takayesu, and earned his MD from Harvard Medical School, along with an MS in science writing from MIT. Drawing on active bedside practice, emergency department leadership, and professional medical writing expertise, Josh oversees case creation and quality, ensuring Full Code simulations reflect real-world complexity, operational realities, and how clinicians actually think and practice.
