Fukushima Diary adds: water leakage at reactor4

Though the connection with this earthquake is not clear, Tepco announced water is leaking from the cooling system of spent fuel pool in reactor 4.

Reactor 4 seems affected by the quake.  EX-SKF has a lot about the water level going down.

Now Unit 4 appears to be leaning
