The Oroville situation has already gone crazy. California DWR is trying make this mess look normal by attempting to make events the defy logic look planned.

The reservoir elevation is increasing primarily because the inflow is very high and outflow is extremely low. Other CAM’s are still down.

And … he says at night the outflow is only a fraction of the inflow.
