We Insure committed to a rebrand built on data, guided by a human heart.

Challenge
We Insure, a major insurance franchise network with over 250 franchisees, faced a critical rebrand following its acquisition by investment firm Peak 6. Previously a family-run business, the brand needed to evolve without alienating its existing network. The sector was highly competitive, and operating in Florida added pressure due to the challenges of insuring in a region prone to extreme weather. The brand had to reflect new leadership, while listening carefully to what was working and what wasn’t across its vast franchise base.

Change
Fluent Format led the rebrand with pace, insight, and precision. Through deep research and close collaboration with stakeholders, we redefined the brand strategy and introduced a modern, ownable identity now rolled out across two-thirds of the U.S. We delivered a new website, internal franchisee communications, UI support for their quote platform, and a digital storefront for marketing materials. We produced national campaigns, new photography, a culture handbook, signage for 200+ locations, and a powerful documentary following Hurricane Ian, showcasing the heart behind the brand.
