Challenge
Canavan is a long-standing family business with a rich heritage in crafting high-quality, bespoke kitchen furniture paired with world-class appliances. Originally owned by the father and now led by the son, the business had earned a strong reputation over the years. However, the brand had not been revisited in some time and lacked the presence needed to reflect its ambition. Over the last number of years, Canavan identified a clear opportunity to establish itself as the go-to luxury bespoke kitchen company across the UK and Ireland—positioning the brand as an industry leader with a sharper, more elevated identity.

Fluent Format partnered with Canavan in a long-term relationship to evolve the brand across every touchpoint. We developed a lead generation website with a tailored enquiry funnel, produced rich case studies through photography and video, and created compelling copy to tell the brand story. Supporting assets included brochures, visual guides, packaging, and campaign design.
We also worked alongside high-end brand partners such as Gaggenau Appliances and the Luxury Home Show to further elevate Canavan’s position. A major milestone was a luxury showroom launch event where two-time Michelin-starred chef Ross Lewis demonstrated for over 120 guests. For the night, we designed bespoke gift packaging, including a custom espresso plate made from Irish green marble, Aroco wood, and embossed detailing. Guests also received luxury chocolates that matched the showroom’s marble worktops and a custom-branded candle, all crafted to reflect the brand’s premium quality.
The project resulted in a significant increase in turnover and continues to evolve today, cementing Canavan’s reputation as a leading name in luxury kitchens.
