Garage & Workshop Tiles

Why it's Australia's best garage floor tiles?

Unlike cheap alternatives that crack or fade, Flexspec garage tiles have thousands of 5 star reviews, our tiles are engineered with high-impact, UV-stabilised polypropylene. A robust interlocking system effortlessly handles heavy rolling loads and guarantees the plastic won’t become brittle over time. That proven reliability is exactly why our tiles are used by thousands of homes and businesses, and resold nationwide network of 100+ trusted dealers and resellers. Featured on popular Aussie TV shows like ‘The Block’ and backed by warranty you can trust.

Absolutely. Our garage flooring is engineered to handle immense rolling loads. From standard daily drivers to heavy 4x4s like a Land Rover Discovery or Holden Colorado, the tiles handle the weight with ease.

Yes, the tiles are incredibly tough. However, because jack stands have sharp, concentrated metal feet, we highly recommend placing a flat board or rubber puck underneath the stand. This evenly distributes the weight and protects your premium floor from cosmetic scratching.

Yes. Our high-impact polymer construction is highly resistant to oil, brake fluid, coolant, and most common garage chemicals. Spills won’t stain or degrade the structural integrity of the tile.

Because the Grid Flex Pro features an open-ribbed design, surface dirt and water fall through, leaving the top clean and slip-resistant. To clean beneath them, simply hose the floor out, use a wet/dry shop vac, or mop the surface with a mild degreaser.

No. The underside of the tiles features a channeled grid system that promotes massive airflow. Any moisture or water that gets underneath will naturally evaporate, preventing trapped odours and mildew.

Yes! All of our garage floor tiles utilise the same universal interlocking mechanism. You can mix any colours to create checkered patterns, custom borders, or designated parking zones.

es. Because the tiles are rigid and lock together into a single suspended floor, they effortlessly bridge over minor cracks, chips, and flaking paint, giving you a perfect surface instantly.

We highly recommend using Female edge ramps at the front entrance. Our tiles are designed with two “pegged” (male) sides and two “looped” (female) sides.

For the easiest installation, start laying your floor right at the front roller door. Orient the tiles so the pegged (male) sides are pointing outward towards the driveway, which leaves the looped (female) sides facing the back of the garage. This setup allows you to quickly build the rest of your floor by simply dropping and clicking the next rows into place from above. To finish the entrance, just snap your Female edge ramps onto those front-facing male pegs for a smooth, trip-free transition!

Yes! Flexspec flooring is a “floating” floor. Because it isn’t glued or screwed into the concrete, you can simply unclip the tiles, pack them up, and take your premium floor with you to your next property.

Decking & patio Tiles

Do water and rain pool on top of the tiles?

No. Our outdoor modular tiles feature a flow-through grid design. Rainwater, pool splashes, and spills drain directly through the surface and wash away underneath, leaving the top surface slip-resistant and perfectly safe to walk on immediately after rain.

Yes! Unlike hot concrete or splintering timber decks, our patio and decking tiles are designed with a comfortable surface profile that is safe and pleasant for bare feet, kids, and pets.

The ribbed structure of the tile elevates the walking surface off the ground. This promotes massive airflow underneath the floor, keeping the surface dry and preventing the trapped moisture that leads to mold and mildew buildup.

Unfortunately no. For the best results, our deck and patio tiles should be installed on a hard, relatively flat surface like concrete, existing timber decking, pavers. Installing them directly over compacted rock, soft grass or mud can cause the tiles to sink or separate.

No. The interlocking system locks the tiles together to form a single, heavy, cohesive mat that stays firmly in place under its own weight, ensuring zero damage to your balcony’s waterproof membrane.

Yes. The high-impact construction easily supports the weight of heavy outdoor dining tables, lounges, and BBQs. The grid structure distributes the weight evenly without denting the tiles.

If your patio floor drops off to a lower surface (like grass or a pathway), we highly recommend edge ramps. They create a clean, finished border and eliminate any potential trip hazards.

Regular maintenance is incredibly easy. You can use a standard garden hose, a leaf blower, or a stiff-bristled outdoor broom to quickly clear away leaves, dirt, and debris.

Absolutely. The surface is highly resistant to scratching from dog claws, and if any pet accidents occur, the flow-through design allows you to simply hose the area down and wash it away without staining.

Sports Court Tiles

Do the sports tiles provide a true bounce for basketballs?

Yes. Our sports court tiles are engineered with a rigid, high-tension surface that provides a true, consistent ball bounce that accurately mimics professional hardwood courts.

Yes. While the top surface is rigid for ball bounce, the structural grid underneath (TPE Padding) is designed to absorb shock and impact. This protects your joints, lower back, and knees during high-intensity jumps and pivots far better than playing on raw concrete.

Our sports tiles feature specialised traction textures designed for athletic performance. The flow-through grid allows moisture to pass through immediately, maximising shoe grip even after light rain.

While they are made of hard plastic, the tight interlocking mechanism minimises vibration and rattle. Once locked together over a flat concrete slab, the noise level of dribbling a basketball is very comparable to playing on standard concrete.

A standard, flat concrete slab is the absolute best base for a sports court. Asphalt also works. Unfortunately we don’t recommend laying on grass or compacted rock.

Yes, our sports tiles possess extreme load-bearing capabilities. If your sports court doubles as a driveway or extra parking space, you can safely drive and park vehicles on the surface without damaging the court.

No. Flexspec sports courts are floating floors. The heavy interlocking mat stays firmly in place during aggressive gameplay without the need for destructive adhesives.

Shipping

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Orders are dispatched directly from one of our local warehouse facilities, allowing us to quickly route shipments to every state and territory.

We are proud to offer 100% free shipping Australia-wide on every single order. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden freight fees. Whether you just need one replacement tile or a massive 1,000+ tile commercial fit-out, delivery to your door is completely covered by us.

Because flooring orders are heavy and bulky, we utilise specialised freight carriers like StarTrack, FedEx (TNT) or Northline for large multi-box deliveries. This ensures your tiles are handled correctly during transit. For smaller orders we use Auspost or Couriers Please.

To ensure maximum protection during transit, we securely strap and shrink-wrap all larger flooring orders onto pallets before they leave our warehouse.

However, once the freight reaches the courier’s local distribution depot, they will often “break down” the pallet into individual boxes. They do this because standard residential delivery vans and trucks usually cannot accommodate full-sized pallets or safely unload them without a forklift.

Because of this, your order will likely arrive as loose individual boxes rather than one intact pallet. In some cases, the courier may even split the delivery over a couple of days depending on space in their truck. Please don’t be alarmed if this happens – it is standard freight procedure! You can easily monitor the progress of every individual box using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

Yes. As soon as your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal, allowing you to monitor the delivery all the way to your door.

While rare, transit damage can occasionally happen with heavy freight. If your boxes arrive damaged or there is an issue with your invoice, take photos immediately and contact us. We handle all disputes directly with the courier so you don’t have to stress. In most cases the boxes might be damaged by the product itself is perfectly fine, make sure to check and let us know if there is any damage and we’ll organise a replacement for you.

For large freight deliveries, we generally recommend being home to accept and inspect the goods. However, if you have a secure location, Authority to Leave (ATL) can often be arranged with the courier during the tracking process.

Yes! If you have a suitable vehicle (like a ute or van) and prefer to avoid freight times, local pickup is available directly depending on stock in your state, make sure to contact us before to be sure we have available stock in the state you’re in.

It depends on the size of your order. Due to the sheer size and weight of our standard flooring boxes, all large orders must be delivered to a physical residential or commercial street address. However, if you are placing a smaller order (such as samples or a few replacement tiles), we can easily send those to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Standard freight delivery is classified as “kerbside” or front-door delivery. While drivers are usually helpful, workplace health and safety regulations mean they cannot carry heavy boxes deep into your property, backyard, or up flights of stairs.
