From Good Intentions to Measurable Change

  • Validate which practices work
  • Refine curriculum and delivery over time
  • Demonstrate value to partners, educators, and funders
  • Ensure every site can sustain the benefits of movement and mindfulness

Fit Kids’ Impact

Fit Kids conducts surveys over the course of each school year to collect data from our partners in order to measure student outcomes. Based on our year end survey in May 2025, we collected the following data that provides a snapshot of how and when our program is used.

These results reflect the consistency and breadth of the program’s effects across multiple domains: physical, emotional, social, and overall. The high percentages in enjoyment, SEL, and movement affinity underscore that Fit Kids is not only effective, but engaging.
