Be part of Final Three Con, returning April 23–26, 2026 in the Washington, D.C. area. Now in its fourth year, the convention is expanding to welcome 900+ attendees for a weekend of games and experiences like Blood on the Clocktower, Two Rooms and a Boom, board games, and live reality games.
As an Exhibitor or Sponsor, you’ll connect directly with an active, welcoming audience of gamers, creators, and community leaders. With over 25,000 square feet of gaming space and a focus on inclusive, memorable experiences, Final Three Con offers a unique opportunity to share your brand, host demos, and support a convention built around genuine connection and play.
What events are held? What games are played?
The convention is centered around social gaming with emphasis on bringing the gaming community together. we prioritize fun over competition. There are tons of games and activities such as, Blood on the Clocktower (BotC), TTRPGs, themed Murder Mysteries, the wildly popular Puzzlebox (an escape room-style group puzzle), Trivia, panels, and new this year – Live Reality Games (survivor-type events!) We aim to support 80% of our attendance levels playing games during peak times. We also provide space for board games, including a growing board game library. We’re also growing our exhibitor & sponsorship opportunities so don’t hesitate to ask about helping to sponsor the fun!
What are the convention demographics?
Board Gamers! Folks you would find at GenCon, Pax Unplugged, and your tiny local con. For 2025 we expect around 725 attendees. They are primarily:
- Age 25-50
- Residing all over the United States, but mostly the East Coast and the North East.
- Growing in Diversity, strongly LGBTQIA+
- Online and In-Person gamers with emphasis on in-person BotC players.
- Giant Nerds! <3
