F3C Badge FAQs
No. While VIP guests will get a reserve ticket to book a special guest game along with early access to book additional events, we will add more special guest events after general event registration opens. Weekend badge holders will have an opportunity to play with special guests, however registration for those events will likely go very fast. Those events will be added at an undisclosed time a few hours after event registration opens.
While we’re very excited to grow the con, there are a limited number of hotel rooms available. We have added more rooms to the room block than in previous years (and at a reduced rate from 2025!) however we expect rooms to sell out quickly.
There are additional hotels within walking distance to the con, should we sell out.
There are a limited number of volunteer spots available. We recommend purchasing a badge if you have the means.
If you are selected to be a volunteer we can help facilitate a badge transfer to another attendee or provide a full refund if you initially purchased a badge.
Yes, the process is fairly easy and free! This will also be the account you use to register for events. For more information visit Tabletop.Events Help
While you do need to provide your “real” (Legal) name, you can switch your profile to use a different name. You can adjust your name preferences to that of your username or email. Follow the instructions here to do so.
Please be aware that since your account is managed by Tabletop.Events, we cannot make changes for you and you are responsible for ensuring your display name is correct.
Yes, you can purchase up to 4 badges with one account.
Yes! One of the great things about Tabletop.Events is that you can now gift badges & merch to others so if you want to help another person come – you can now do that! We encourage you to add friends on the Tabletop.Events site to facilitate this.

Badges are able to be transferred to another user up to the beginning of the Convention.
The cut-off date to have your badge pre-printed with your badge identity is April 1st, 2026.
In order to transfer a badge from your account to another person, please follow the instructions below:
- Ensure the person receiving the badge has created a Tabletop.Events account
- The person transferring the badge should then navigate to the Friends page of their Tabletop.Events account and add the receiver by searching for their corresponding email or username.
- Once they have been added as a friend you will be able to navigate to your friends page and select ‘Give Badge.’ Keep in mind that when you give a badge to a friend, you’re also giving them any merchandise associated with that badge.
Warning: After you give the badge, you’ll be unable to reclaim so ensure you’re giving it to the correct person.

VIP Package FAQs
No. The hotel room will be booked through a separate VIP Package room block link. The link will be emailed out on the day that rooms open for VIP badge holders — October 11th.
We will send an email with a special guest game preference form and manually assign a game according to your preferences. This email will go out sometime in early 2026. Be on the look out in your email and be sure to add vip@final3con.com and hello@final3con.com to your email contact list.
VIP Badge holders will have 3 weeks to book events prior to Weekend badge holders gaining access.

Unfortunately no we do not have reduced-cost badges. Our new hotel is wonderful, however rooms are limited. A huge bonus for VIP badge holders is guaranteed access to a room. If you’re not in need of a hotel room, you do not have to book one, you would just forfeit the VIP Hotel Room Package perks of the VIP badge. Another option would be to purchase the regular Weekend badge.
Yes, however we highly discourage it. Your VIP hotel room package is tied to the reservation name you provided when you purchased your badge. Names provided for your hotel room must match VIP room reservations or they will be terminated. If you need to transfer your VIP badge, please ensure all relevant information is updated.
Important: VIP badges transferred after the hotel block link is distributed are not guaranteed access to a hotel room.
