Join this highly participatory community and programme to explore the living dynamics and experiential heart of holistic change

Who we are

Nurturing the Fields of Change brings together a global, multi-disciplinary collective of coaches, therapists, psychologists, educators, activists, artists, researchers, parents, daughters, sons and more.

We’re united by a shared passion for meaningful transformation and come from diverse fields, locations and perspectives—just like you.

We have already been joined by over 200 people from a wide range of communities and corners of the world in our first two years and look forward to welcoming back many of you and new participants, for 2025.

This initiative is catalysed by Alef Trust, a non-profit transformative education provider founded in 2012.

We specialise in higher education, research and community development in consciousness studies, spirituality and transpersonal psychology.

Our mission is to foster balanced ways of being and empower whole-person learning for cultural and systemic transformation.

Where did Nurturing the Fields of Change begin?

In 2020, we launched the Conscious Community Initiative to support facilitators in fostering individual and collective transformation worldwide.

This work highlighted the importance of collaboration, supportive peer communities, and nurturing our relational capacities to enable meaningful change.

Nurturing the Fields of Change was born out of this vision—a programme and community focused on strengthening our capacity to sow seeds for systemic and personal transformation which is now in its third year.

A living community of inquiry

Over the course of two years (2020-2021), we journeyed with thirteen holistic change facilitators who were part of our Conscious Community Initiative and who were facilitating projects worldwide.

The inquiry brought to light how holistic change facilitators approach their work, what challenges they can encounter, and what support they need to successfully navigate projects through complex emotional and relational terrain. You can access our inquiry report below.

We hope that the report serves to resource you as an agent of change and that it sparks a deeper sense of recognition that you are not alone, that your work matters, and that you matter.
