This is not a conventional training programme. Instead, it’s a space to explore ideas, models, and practices, recognising that no single approach can address the complexity of today’s challenges. Together, we’ll make sense of the world, deepen our connections, and rediscover our inner essence through playful and meaningful inquiry.
The facilitators don’t have all the answers. Instead, they hold space for co-creative exploration, honouring the edges of knowledge and the questions that call to us all.
Thanks to charitable funding, Tier 1 is financially accessible to everyone, with subsidised options available for Tier 2.
Both tiers include access to our interactive platform, Sutra, where you’ll find resources and recordings. Live sessions are hosted on Zoom, with recordings available for all registered participants.
Nurturing the Fields of Change is led by a global, multi-disciplinary team of coaches, therapists, psychologists, educators, activists, artists, and more. We’re united by a shared passion for meaningful transformation and come from diverse fields, locations, and perspectives—just like you.
The Alef Trust, a non-profit global learning provider founded in 2012, supports this initiative. We specialise in higher education, research, and community development in areas like consciousness studies, spirituality, and transpersonal psychology. Our mission is to foster balanced ways of being and empower whole-person learning for cultural and systemic transformation.
Community has always been at the heart of Alef Trust, a global non-profit focused on higher education, research, and community development since 2012. We aim to cultivate balanced ways of being and empower holistic learning to address the complexities of modern life.
In 2020, with funding, we launched the Conscious Community Initiative to support facilitators in fostering individual and collective transformation worldwide. This work highlighted the importance of collaboration, supportive peer communities, and nurturing our relational capacities to enable meaningful change. Nurturing the Fields of Change was born out of this vision—a programme and community focused on strengthening our capacity to sow seeds for systemic and personal transformation.
Nurturing the Fields of Change is an online programme and community designed for change-makers. Hosted on the Sutra platform, it provides a dynamic space for collaboration, growth, and learning.
The programme runs from February to July and September to December each year and includes:
Monthly presentations and dialogues for the larger community (Tier 1).
Facilitated reflective groups for deeper engagement and personal practice (Tier 2).
It’s not a conventional training programme but a co-creative inquiry into the big questions of our time. Together, we explore ideas, models, and practices while embracing emergence, curiosity, and connection.
Our multi-disciplinary, international team includes psychologists, therapists, educators, researchers, coaches, and activists. Each brings diverse expertise in holistic change facilitation and transpersonal psychology.
The team includes Dr Jessica Bockler, Luka Bönisch, Lorraine Clewer, Jevon Dangeli, Jules De Vitto, Dr Kendra Diaz-Ford, Dr Simon Divecha, and many more experts with vast experience in facilitating transformation.
The programme focuses on holistic change facilitation rooted in transpersonal, depth-psychological, and ecological principles.
Core themes include:
- Honouring our deep connection to nature.
- Engaging in inner work to support outer action.
- Combining theoretical frameworks with practical tools for change.
- Building a co-creative community that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Through interactive sessions, reflective dialogues, and personal accompaniment, participants develop conscious, integrative responses to today’s challenges.
