Accepted File Types

Please send final, flattened files only.

✅ Accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIF, EPS (where noted)
❌ Not Accepted: Layered PSD files, editable Illustrator files, or files requiring linked assets/fonts

Program Book Print Ads

• Ads may include photographs, logos, and text
• All print ads must be grayscale (black & white)
• Please convert your artwork to grayscale before submitting
• Bleeds cannot be printed
• Submit artwork at the exact size listed below at 300 DPI

• We do not alter, redesign, or fix ads
• If your file is incorrect, it may print as-is unless there is time to request revisions
• We strongly recommend submitting early whenever possible
