Fetish Con™ General Rules & Code of Conduct

Welcome to Fetish Con™. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, exhibitors, creators, sponsors, instructors, hotel staff, and guests. By attending Fetish Con™, you agree to follow the rules and policies outlined below.

These rules apply to all attendees, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, talent, media, contractors, and guests participating in Fetish Con™ and any officially sanctioned event activities.

I, (the attendee/participant), do hereby acknowledge and agree to the use of paper (hard copy) registration at the event venue for the trade show known as Fetish Con™. I further agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and check-in.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Fetish Con™ General Rules & Code of Conduct, including all posted policies, liability waivers, participation acknowledgments, and event terms and conditions.

I further acknowledge that:

• Fetish Con™ is a private event;
• admission is granted subject to compliance with all event rules and policies;
• event credentials remain the property of XIX Events, LLC;
• and violation of event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

I acknowledge that all registration fees, ticket purchases, pass upgrades, sponsorship purchases, exhibitor/vendor purchases, and related event transactions are voluntarily authorized by me and are final subject to the published event policies.

I agree not to initiate or participate in any improper, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal relating to any valid purchase or authorized transaction made for attendance, participation, sponsorship, exhibiting, advertising, or access to Fetish Con™.

I understand that XIX Events, LLC reserves all rights to contest fraudulent or improper chargebacks and to provide this signed acknowledgment, registration records, attendance records, badge usage records, photographs, surveillance footage, electronic communications, IP logs, and related documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, dispute investigators, collection agencies, attorneys, and law enforcement where applicable.

1. Admission, Credentials & Age Requirements

• All attendees must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
• Fetish Con™ is a private event. Admission may be denied or revoked at the sole discretion of XIX Events, LLC.
• All attendees must wear or carry their event credentials while inside designated Fetish Con™ event areas.

Credential Policy

Event badges, wristbands, pool passes, and credentials remain the property of XIX Events, LLC and may not be:

• shared,
• transferred,
• duplicated,
• altered,
• or misused.

Replacement fees for lost All Access credentials are as follows:

• Thursday & Friday: $200
• Saturday: $150
• Sunday: $100

Replacement credentials require valid government-issued photo identification and verification against the original registration record.

Lost, damaged, or removed single-day wristbands and specialty access wristbands are non-refundable and must be repurchased at full current pricing.

Any misuse, duplication, transfer, or abuse of event credentials may result in immediate removal from the event, revocation of access privileges, and prohibition from future attendance.

2. Respectful Conduct Policy

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward:

• fellow attendees,
• creators,
• exhibitors,
• hotel staff,
• security personnel,
• instructors,
• volunteers,
• and event staff.

Harassment, intimidation, threats, stalking, unwanted physical contact, abusive behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

Violation of any event rule may result in:

• removal from the event,
• revocation of credentials without refund,
• hotel trespass,
• denial of future attendance,
• and/or law enforcement involvement.

3. Photography, Video & Recording

Photography is permitted only with the consent of the subject being photographed.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior authorization:

• covert photography,
• unauthorized video recording,
• live streaming,
• commercial filming,
• drone usage,
• or recording in restricted/private areas.

Class instructors, performers, demonstrators, and event staff may restrict photography or recording during specific activities or events.

By participating in designated event photo or video opportunities, attendees consent to the use of their likeness for promotional and marketing purposes by XIX Events, LLC and approved event sponsors.

Members of the press or media must receive prior approval and proper credentials from event organizers before conducting any filming, interviews, or coverage.

4. Dress Code & Public Conduct

Fetish Con™ maintains a strict no nudity policy in all public and event-accessible areas.

The following are prohibited:

• exposed genitals,
• exposed nipples,
• transparent or see-through materials exposing prohibited body parts,
• and attire that violates Florida public decency laws (See The Florida Statutes: 800.03)

At minimum, attendees must wear attire comparable to legal public beachwear in the State of Florida, including:

• opaque bikinis,
• opaque bodysuits,
• one-piece swimsuits,
• or equivalent coverage.

5. Hotel & Event Venue Policies

The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront remains an active public hotel during the event weekend. Attendees must comply with all hotel policies and staff instructions.

The following are prohibited:

• unauthorized access to restricted hotel floors,
  • Day Pass and Experience Pass holders may not go above the 1st floor of the Hilton
• disruptive conduct,
• unauthorized public photo/video shoots,
• smoking or vaping in prohibited areas,
  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape anywhere inside of the Hilton Hotel
  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape outside the front entrance of the Hilton
  • You CAN NOT smoke or vape in your hotel room if you are staying at the Hilton
    • You will be charged a $500.00 fee by the Hilton and you may potentially be trespassed off the property
• outside alcohol in public hotel spaces
• and any conduct that interferes with hotel operations.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated approved areas.

Hotel Room Block Policy

Discounted hotel room rates provided through the official Fetish Con™ room block are reserved exclusively for registered event attendees.

XIX Events, LLC and hotel management reserve the right to verify hotel reservations against registered attendee records. Guests utilizing the Fetish Con™ room block without valid event registration may:

• lose access to discounted room rates,
• be charged standard hotel rates,
• incur additional hotel penalties or fees,
• or have their reservation modified or canceled in accordance with hotel policy.

Unauthorized use or abuse of the official room block may also result in denial of event admission or revocation of credentials.

6. Weapons Policy

Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives, are prohibited in public event areas and event-controlled spaces, regardless of permit status, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Alcohol may only be consumed in approved event or hotel-designated areas.

Attendees who appear intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unsafe may be denied entry to events or removed from the property without refund.

Outside alcohol is prohibited in designated hotel-controlled areas, including the pool area.

8. Classes, Workshops & Demonstrations

Participation in workshops, demonstrations, dungeon activities, and educational sessions require additional waivers or safety acknowledgments (SEE: Section 9)

Attendees participate voluntarily and assume all personal responsibility for their own safety and conduct.

Always follow instructor directions, posted safety rules, and consent practices.

9. Release, Assumption of Risk & Stage / Activity Participation Waiver

Participation in any class, workshop, demonstration, stage performance, dungeon activity, interactive experience, physical activity, educational session, contest, audience participation segment, pool activity, or other event-related activity is entirely voluntary.

By attending or participating in any such activity, attendees acknowledge and understand that participation may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• physical injury,
• emotional distress,
• accidents,
• slips and falls,
• equipment-related injuries,
• contact with other participants,
• or other unforeseen risks associated with live event participation.

All attendees voluntarily assume full responsibility for their own safety, actions, decisions, and physical condition while attending or participating in any Fetish Con™ activity.

By entering the event premises and/or participating in any activity, attendees expressly release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless XIX Events, LLC, Fetish Con™, the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, event sponsors, instructors, demonstrators, performers, volunteers, contractors, staff members, venue representatives, affiliated entities, and all associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising from:

• personal injury,
• bodily harm,
• emotional distress,
• property damage,
• illness,
• accidents,
• negligence of other attendees,
• or wrongful death
  to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Attendees further acknowledge that:

• demonstrations and educational content may involve advanced techniques performed by trained professionals,
• attendees should not attempt activities beyond their personal skill or experience level,
• and participation in any physical or interactive activity is done entirely at their own risk.

Attendees agree to follow all posted safety rules, instructor directions, venue restrictions, and event staff instructions at all times.

XIX Events, LLC reserves the right to deny or remove participation from any activity if staff believe participation may create a safety risk to the attendee or others.

10. Proprietary Event Operations

Fetish Con™, its branding, event structure, operational systems, programming concepts, promotional methods, sponsorship integrations, creator engagement systems, and related intellectual property are proprietary assets of XIX Events, LLC.

Attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, agencies, and affiliated parties may not:

• copy,
• reproduce,
• reverse engineer,
• exploit,
• or commercially replicate any proprietary Fetish Con™ operations, branding, or event systems for competing commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

11. Vendor & Exhibitor Terms

Exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, contractors, and participating businesses agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XIX Events, LLC, its owners, staff, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from:

• their participation in the event,
• operation of their booth or activation,
• conduct of their staff or representatives,
• products or services offered,
• promotional activities,
• or any injury, damage, or loss connected to their participation in Fetish Con™.

All exhibitors and vendors remain fully responsible for the conduct, safety, insurance, licensing, and legal compliance of their own operations, staff, contractors, products, and promotional activities during the event.

12. General Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance at Fetish Con™ is voluntary.

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with convention attendance, including but not limited to:

• crowds,
• physical activities,
• demonstrations,
• hotel facilities,
• pool activities,
• and interactions with other attendees.

Attendees agree to hold harmless XIX Events, LLC, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, instructors, venue owners, and affiliated parties from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Event Changes, Force Majeure & Cancellation

Event schedules, appearances, programming, and activities are subject to change without notice.

XIX Events, LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters,
• government actions,
• public safety concerns,
• pandemics,
• venue issues,
• labor disputes,
• transportation disruptions,
• or other force majeure events.

14. Enforcement & Final Authority

XIX Events, LLC reserves the right to:

• deny admission,
• revoke credentials,
• remove attendees,
• refuse future attendance,
• and enforce all event policies at its sole discretion.

Failure to follow event rules, hotel policies, staff instructions, or applicable laws may result in immediate removal without refund.

15. Print Advertisements and Sponsorship

XIX Events, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, deny, remove, or censor any advertisement, sponsorship, or promotional material due to content, conflicts of interest, competitive concerns, or incompatibility with the event or its policies.

Anyone with questions regarding the acceptability of an advertisement or sponsorship is encouraged to contact XIX Events, LLC prior to purchase. Purchase does not guarantee acceptance or placement in the Fetish Con™ program book or any event-related materials.

If an advertisement or sponsorship is denied after purchase, a refund for the denied item will be issued within forty-eight (48) hours of written notice of denial.

16. Rule Modifications

XIX Events, LLC reserves the right to alter, add, or modify any and/or all of these rules at its sole discretion.

By accessing the official website and/or attending Fetish Con™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and policies.
