Hi, Bob. I’m Ngoc from Vietnam.
I’m so happy that i found your blog on the topics i’m really interested in (spirituality, self-realization, conscious living…). I just have some personal questions regarding these topics, may i have your email to contact?
    Thank you!

      Greetings, Ngoc!

I am glad that you find these essays worthwhile, but I am not a teacher, and do not carry on email correspondence. I normally suggest that those who wish to pursue these matters do so in the company of a qualified teacher, face to face. In Viet Nam for example, you might investigate the Dharma Centers established by Thich Nhat Hanh.

      Best Wishes!

Please feel free, Azriel, what I share is for all, to ponder and perhaps find some resonance or inspiration, or at least a stimulation for further inquiry into these areas I have been exploring.

      Blessings!

  3. Bob, I also would like to ask permission to re-blog a few of your entries, over time. I see from your response to Azriel in April 2016 that this is allowed. Your blog articles would be re-posted at http://www.groundedrelating.com. I can be reached at pamela@groundedrelating.com Please advise if your re-blog policy has changed? Thanks!
