For 30 days from the day of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your Yamaha Digital Piano that you purchased from Faust Harrison Pianos online, you may return it for full refund, credit or exchange for another Yamaha Digital Piano. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and if FREE shipping was included in the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund.
To receive a Return Authorization, you must email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date.
Your online purchase must be returned in the manufacturer’s original package along with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition. Incomplete returns, items that shows wear, abuse or neglect, may be refused and/or could be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee.
Returns should be received by Faust Harrison Pianos within 10 days of the Return Authorization request date. Allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
Ship your return with insurance, ensure it’s securely packed, and be sure to include tracking for safe delivery.
Refunds will be issued via the same method of original payment.
*Please also note that Special Order Finishes cannot be returned.
Please note that our white glove premium delivery service may incur additional fees and restrictions depending on the delivery area and/or the complexity of the move.
