The sales people and staff were simply fantastic. No pressure. No attitude. Just a genuine desire to help me, whether I purchased a piano or not. They gave me all the time I needed. They answered all of my questions, and even answered questions that I didn’t think to ask. I came to the store no less than five times to play and listen to different pianos, which is exactly what I needed in order to make an informed decision.

I had a wonderful experience finding my piano at Faust Harrison Pianos. The salespeople were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right piano for my family. I am grateful and we are loving our piano!

I didn’t use the website. I went to a Faust Harrison Piano store locally and the staff member there, Michael, was very friendly and helpful, making my piano purchase very quick and easy. I’m very happy with my piano.

I loved the store and enjoed trying out the wonderful pianos. I couldn’t get the piano delivered immediately but once the delivery date was set everything went smoothly and the guys who delivered the piano were extremely courteous and friendly as were everyone in the store.

Very pleased with the store manager’s assistance and guidance in selecting the piano. The piano was delivered quickly and in excellent condition.

Professional, knowledgable & personal sales service,….I especially liked that the salesperson, Justin Veira, was a pianist himself and could talk about the piano as one performing musician to another rather than just technical information.
