Faisal Hoque is on a mission to humanize organizational transformation—bridging the worlds of business, technology, and humanity. He is the founder of SHADOKA, NextChapter, and other companies, and a three-time winner of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500™ awards. A #1 Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of twelve award-winning books, Faisal serves as an Executive Fellow at IMD business school in Switzerland and as a judge for MIT’s IDEAS Social Innovation program.

For three decades, he has driven sustainable innovation and transformation for organizations including MasterCard, American Express, GE, French Social Security Services, U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), PepsiCo, Chase, IBM, Home Depot, and other global institutions. His latest books include the USA Today and LA Times bestsellers Reimagining Government: Achieving the Promise of AI (2026) and Transcend: Unlocking Humanity in the Age of AI (2025), the latter of which was a Financial Times book of the month and a “must-read” by the Next Big Idea Club. His 2023 book Reinvent: Navigating Business Transformation in a Hyperdigital Era, was published in association with IMD, and became a #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller. All proceeds from his books are pledged to cancer research.

His research and thought leadership have been recognized globally, earning him more than 30 awards including two Axiom Gold Medals, Nautilus, and two-time nomination for the Thinkers50 Distinguished Achievement Awards (2023 & 2025).
