The Douar of Issouddan, belonging to the municipality of Bni Chiker in the Nador region, witnessed a widespread state of alert this Saturday morning after the discovery of the lifeless body of a seventy-year-old man in mysterious circumstances, which caused shock and a state of anxiety among the local residents, especially since the incident was discovered near the deceased's home and on the side of the road leading to it.
According to circulating information from the scene, the body was found in circumstances whose details are still unresolved as of this hour, which necessitated the intervention of the local authorities who immediately moved to the accident site, accompanied by the authorities' agents, in order to examine the situation and take the necessary preliminary measures pending the completion of the remaining legal procedures in such cases. Informed sources indicate that the deceased, who is from Aith Amer, had left the hospital yesterday, Friday, in unclear circumstances, before being found dead the next day, which further complicated the circumstances of the incident and widened the circle of questions about the real reasons behind the death. Upon being informed of the accident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie arrived at the scene and began their initial investigations under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, in order to determine the nature of the death and whether it was related to natural causes or other circumstances that require further investigation, while the deceased's body was transferred to the morgue at Al-Hassani Hospital in Nador to be subjected to a medical autopsy, pending the results of the judicial and medical investigation.
