ElsaWin

ElsaWin is Volkswagen AG’s official electronic service information system for Volkswagen Group vehicles. It consolidates factory repair manuals, wiring diagrams, maintenance schedules, body and paint guidelines, torque specifications, standard labor times, and technical service information into a searchable application used by dealership and professional workshops.

ElsaWin is a Windows-based, client–server application distributed under license, with periodic data updates. While it centralizes service documentation, it is not a diagnostic or parts catalog tool; diagnostics are typically handled with ODIS, and parts information with ETKA. In many markets, ElsaWin has been succeeded by the web-based ElsaPro platform, but it remains widely referenced in workshop environments.
