Who we are
This site is operated by EiQ Interactive, a web design and development business based in Lake Ozark, Missouri. You can reach us at (573) 746-2417 or through the contact page.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email, business name, phone number, project type, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and nothing else.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request information such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you visit. This is used for performance, caching, and security purposes.
We don't use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling tools, or cross-site tracking pixels.
Cookies
We may use a small number of functional cookies for things like remembering your accessibility preferences or caching performance. We don't use cookies for advertising.
How we use your information
Contact form submissions are used to reply to your message, put together a quote, and follow up about the project you asked about. We store them in our email system (delivered by SMTP2GO, our mail vendor). We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Third parties
We use a small number of vendors to run the site and communicate with you:
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, DNS, security).
- SMTP2GO (transactional email delivery for contact form submissions).
- Google Maps (embedded map on the contact page).
Each has their own privacy policy, which governs how they handle any data they process on our behalf.
Your choices
If you'd like us to delete your inquiry and any associated messages from our records, email us at our contact page or call us, and we'll take care of it.
Updates
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
