- Teams may not work on projects before the hackathon begins or after hacking ends. This is to ensure fairness among all comptitors, some of which may have busy schedules
- Harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated throughout the hackathon. The eHacks team reserves the right to disqualify any team for disrespectful behaviour without warning.
- Judging will use a "Flights" system, where the top projects from each judging room will advance to the next stage. As a result, scores on judging rubrics are not deterministic of who will win or lose eHacks. Copies of team rubrics will be made available to teams after the evnt.
