EBL Skylounge is a premium airport lounge exclusively designed to serve Eastern Bank customers. These world-class lounges, strategically located at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, and Shah Amanat International Airport, Chattogram, offer a refined and comfortable environment supported by a wide range of value-added services tailored to meet the diverse needs of travelers.

Since its inception in January 2014, EBL Dhaka Skylounge has evolved into a 24/7 fully operational facility, and since May 2017, EBL Chattogram Sky Lounge has been operating daily from 07:00 to 22:00 hours, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that cater to both business and leisure passengers. The lounges reflect EBL’s commitment to delivering a superior customer experience beyond traditional banking services.

In addition to serving premium EBL cardholders, EBL Skylounge has established strategic partnerships with healthcare partner, leading airlines for Business Class passengers, and Priority Pass—a globally recognized international lounge network.

Fees & Charges

EBL Skylounge Access Policy

  • Primary Cardholders are entitled to complimentary access to EBL Skylounge, along with up to two (02) children below 12 years of age.
  • Supplementary Cardholders are entitled to complimentary access, along with up to two (02) children below 12 years of age.
  • Additional accompanying guests of eligible EBL debit or credit cardholders (beyond the complimentary entitlement) will be charged as per the applicable lounge access fee.
  • Walk-in guests may enjoy lounge access by paying:
    • BDT 2,700 / USD 27 (VAT inclusive) for Dhaka Skylounge (Access valid for every six (06) hours)
    • BDT 1,200 / USD 12 (VAT inclusive) for Chattogram Skylounge Operating hours: 07:00–22:00 hours (Access valid for every three (03) hours)
  • Bangladeshi passport holders will be charged in BDT, while foreign passport holders will be charged in USD.
  • All payments must be made through a physical POS terminal. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Lounge access is available only for departing passengers upon presentation of a valid boarding pass.
  • Business Class passengers of Kuwait Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, and Turkish Airlines are eligible for lounge access upon presentation of a valid Business Class boarding pass.
  • Customers holding multiple EBL cards may use only one eligible card at a time to avail lounge access.

The following EBL Cardholders are entitled to enjoy a specified number of complementary visits to Skylounge, along with a defined number of complimentary accompanying guests, as per the terms and conditions applicable to each eligible card.
