Product Features

Yes, the DrSono wireless probe ultrasound scanner can record video clips up to 100 seconds long. You can also adjust the video length in the app settings, with options ranging from 10 to 100 seconds.
Yes, the DRSONO probe is fully wireless and does not require any wired connections to a laptop or other devices. It operates by emitting its own Wi-Fi signal through an internal chip. You can connect directly to the probe's Wi-Fi network using an iOS device. No internet connection is needed; simply download the WirelessUSG app to operate the probe. It does not rely on hospital or clinic networks. Many doctors use our probe in remote areas with limited internet availability, appreciating its convenience and portability.
The latency depends on the signal environment, but under normal conditions, all images are transmitted in real time, allowing for seamless and accurate live scanning.
The wireless charger uses a USB cable for power connection.
All DRSONO probes contain between 80 and 192 elements. These elements are special piezoelectric crystal materials that generate sound waves when an electric field is applied. The number of elements primarily determines the imaging quality you achieve with the device. More elements produce more sound waves, resulting in a better overall image.
Our Convex Pro is designed for medical education. It is an entry-level model that suits those on a budget, yet it delivers high-resolution images ideal for learning ultrasound. This cost-effective model is very popular among sonography students, with many students from various universities choosing to purchase it.
All images and videos are stored directly in your device’s photo gallery, with no limit on the number of files you can store. There are no additional charges. Rest assured, there are no extra fees at any point during the use of the app—you only need to purchase the probe itself.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email to verify the shipping address. After receiving your confirmation, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. The average delivery time is 5-8 days, depending on your location and the current processing speed of the shipping company.
What you need:iPhone or iPad or smartphone with android version. ultrasound scan software ( wireless scanner APP) 1. Install our wireless scan APP on a phone or iPad 2. Begin to scan using the APP 3. Specific Functional Inquiries

Linear Pro and Tri-scan Max has the capability to measure VTI (Velocity Time Integral) through vessels, including VOFT (Volume Flow Time).
Yes, The Linear Pro is suitable for measuring reflux and venous anatomy, including ensuring venous, not arterial, line placement for leg vein injections of small-lumen instruments or chemicals.
Yes, our product is equipped with Doppler arterial sound technology, which can estimate blood flow in vessels by reflecting high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound) from circulating blood cells. This allows for accurate measurement and analysis of blood flow, even in complex cases.
Yes, our product includes a pulsed wave Doppler mode with arterial Doppler ultrasound. It sends short pulses of ultrasound and analyzes the reflected sound waves between the pulses, allowing you to hear the Doppler sound for accurate assessment.
Yes, our device is equipped with a linear probe that is well-suited for pediatric hip ultrasound examinations. The high-resolution imaging provided by the linear probe allows for detailed evaluation of the hip joint, making it ideal for assessing conditions such as developmental dysplasia in infants and young children.
The Linear Pro is particularly well-suited for vascular access. It is designed for scanning more superficial vessels, with a maximum depth of 55mm. The frequency range of 10MHz-14MHz provides clearer imaging of surface structures, and the device comes with a needle guide, specifically developed for vascular access procedures.
The Tri-scan Max is ideal for emergency situations as it combines convex, linear, and cardiac functions in a single probe. The dual-head design allows for rapid full-body scanning without needing to switch probes, ensuring quick transitions. Additionally, the built-in Wi-Fi connection enables you to carry out ultrasound exams on the go—from the emergency site, in an ambulance, or even bedside. This model features 192 elements, providing unparalleled image quality and is our flagship premium point-of-care ultrasound model.
The Convex Pro is an affordable ultrasound that is perfect for general abdominal scans. It allows you to clearly visualize the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, and abdominal aorta. If you need a top-tier option for better penetration and high-definition imaging, we recommend the Tri-scan Max. It features a premium probe with 192 elements, providing clearer imaging and the capability for full-body scans.
Yes, our probes are manufactured to the highest standards for human use, making them safe and effective for use on animals as well. Our most popular models are the Convex Pro and Tri-scan Max, which offer excellent imaging quality and scanning capabilities, particularly for pregnant cats and dogs.
Yes, our application includes features to assist with needle injections, offering in-plane and out-of-plane needle guidance.
Yes, this device is suitable for obstetrics and gynecology. It comes with dedicated settings specifically for OB/GYN. The app supports measurements such as crown-rump length (CRL), biparietal diameter (BPD), gestational sac diameter, femur length, head circumference, and abdominal circumference. These features ensure comprehensive and accurate assessments for prenatal care and other related examinations.

Usage and Operation

Under ideal conditions, the scanner can provide continuous scanning for 3 to 5 hours.
The convex and phased arrays are integrated within the convex probe. With the DrSono ultrasound device, you do not need to manually switch between arrays. The device automatically switches between the two types based on the scan location. For instance, when you switch to a cardiac preset, the program automatically transitions to the phased array.
The adjustment on the right side of the app screen is the segment gain control. Its purpose is to optimize the brightness and contrast of different areas of the image. This allows for improved visibility and assessment of structures by adjusting the image's brightness and contrast in specific segments, ensuring a clearer and more accurate diagnostic view.
For higher-resolution images, you can adjust the following settings:

• *B-Mode (Brightness Mode):**

High Frequency (14 MHz): Set the gain to 90-100, noise reduction to 1-2, and dynamic range to 50-60.

Low Frequency (10 MHz): Set the gain to 80-90, noise reduction to 1-2, and dynamic range to 60-70. Adjust the gain as needed for brightness.

• *Color Mode (Doppler Flow Mode):**

Set the color gain to 50.

Set the wall filter (WF) to 6.

Set the pulse repetition frequency (PRF) to 1.0 kHz.

Adjusting these settings will help enhance image clarity and resolution for more precise diagnostics.
