Most requests can be completed online, so we recommend checking the Knowledge Base first before contacting us. We are unable to provide certain documents, such as your PIPL certificate, by phone or email. These must be accessed directly through the members’ area on driving.org.

DIA members can raise a ticket online with our DIA Helpdesk. Your question will be forwarded to one of our professional trainers, and we aim to respond at the time you specify or within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
