What if I don’t have a design?
No problem! You can use our online designer tool with clipart and text, or contact us for professional design assistance. We can create artwork based on your rough sketches or ideas
Printing Methods
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer many techniques:
- Screen Printing: Best for bulk orders, bold colors, and simple designs
- DTF (Direct to Film): Works on any fabric, great for small batches and complex designs
- Sublimation: All-over prints on polyester fabrics, perfect for sportswear
- Embroidery: Premium stitched logos on polos, caps, and jackets
- Laser Marking: on Gift items, bottles.
Which method is best for my project?
It depends on your fabric, quantity, and design:
- Cotton t-shirts in bulk → Screen printing
- Small order or mixed fabrics → DTF
- Polyester sportswear → Sublimation
- Corporate uniforms → Embroidery
How durable are the prints?
- Screen printing: Lasts 50+ washes with proper care
- Embroidery: Permanent —stitched directly into fabric
- DTF/DTG: 30+ washes when cared for properly
- Sublimation: Permanent—design becomes part of the fabric
Artwork & File Requirements
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution files:
- Vector files: AI, EPS, PDF (best for screen printing and embroidery)
- Raster files: PNG with transparent background, high-res JPG
- Minimum resolution: 150–300 DPI recommended
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes! For screen printing and sublimation, we can match Pantone colors. For embroidery, we work with the closest available thread colors. Provide Pantone codes for best results .
What if my artwork is low quality?
We can often clean up or recreate artwork for a small fee. Just send us what you have, and we’ll advise .
Where can my logo be placed?
Common positions include chest (left or center), full front, back, sleeves, and hats. You can choose multiple print positions on a single garment .

- Embroidery: No minimum
- DTF: No minimum
- Sublimation: 6–12 pieces typically
How is pricing calculated?

Are there setup fees?
One-time setup fees may apply for screen printing screens or embroidery digitizing when the order is low.

Yes! We recommend ordering a sample before committing to a bulk order.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Yes! You can mix sizes freely within your order. Color mixing may be available—just specify quantities in order notes .
Care Instructions
How should I wash custom printed garments?
To extend print life:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent, no bleach
- Do not tumble dry—air dry recommended
- Iron on low heat from the inside only
Will the print fade or crack?
With proper care, your prints will last for many washes. Embroidery lasts indefinitely .

What if there’s an error with my order?
We stand behind our work. If there’s a printing error or defect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right—reprint or replace the affected items .
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes may be possible within 1–2 hours of ordering before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately if changes are needed .
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes! We store all artwork and notes for easy reordering. Future orders will match perfectly.
