Create a FlexFormz Account

Register

To create your FlexFormz account, simply click or tap the Register button. We will contact you within 24 business hours to advise you of acceptance and next steps. Thank you.

 

After you receive confirmation that your new account is verified and accepted, you’re ready to get started. The first step is to connect your account to Stripe:

1. Connect a Payment Processor

FlexFormz uses StripeⓇ as your payment processor/gateway. Therefore, either account needs to be connected to your new FlexFormz account. The first time you log into FlexFormz you will have two options.

Create or Connect your Stripe Account

1.1 Stripe Account

To verify that your Stripe account is connected to FlexFormz:

  1. Log in to your Stripe account.
  2. On the left sidebar select Business settings » Authorized apps.
  3. If your account is correctly linked, you will see FlexFormz as an authorized application.

 

Do NOT revoke access to the FlexFormz Application in the Stripe Authorized Apps settings or you will not be able to receive donations.

 

You are able use FlexFormz on multiple URLs (website addresses) as long as payments are processed through the same Stripe account. You will have a unique reporting Dashboard for each WordPress website you link to your account.

Nota Bene: Although you may have separate reporting for each of your websites, your donations will be added to the same Stripe account.

Once your website is linked to FlexFormz (by completing the screen shown above) you may view your FlexFormz Dashboard section by clicking on the “Manage” button or you may login with the website administrator credentials. The website administrator has access to the dashboard of a single website ONLY, unlike your account credentials, which provide access to all of your websites’ Dashboards.

3. Download, Install, and Activate the FlexFormz WordPress Plugin

a. Download Plugin

  1. Log in to your FlexFormz dashboard at FlexFormz.com
  2. Click/tap on “Website you are managing”
  3. On the “Website you are managing” screen click on the “Plugin & Integrations” button on the left sidebar.
  4. Click/tap on the “Download FlexFormz Plugin” button.

b. Install Plugin

  1. Log in to your WordPress site
  2. Click/tap on “Plugins” and then “Add New” on the left sidebar.
  3. Click/tap on the “Upload Plugin” button located at the top of the page. Now click/tap on the “Choose File” button, it will open a file explorer/finder screen. Search for the FlexFormz.zip file you downloaded from the FlexFormz dashboard.
  4. After you have selected the FlexFormz.zip file, click on the “Install Now” button. This will install the FlexFormz plugin on your WordPress website dashboard.
  5. Once the installation is finished you will see a success message.
  6. Click/tap on the “Activate Plugin” button. After the plugin has been activated, a FlexFormz section will appear on the left sidebar of your WordPress Dashboard.
Nota Bene: FlexFormz needs the WP REST API to work, so please be sure that you have enabled on your site. If you don’t want the Core WordPress Rest API endpoints active on your site, send us an email and we can help you to remove them.
