FlexFormz Reporting

This FlexFormz dashboard shows general statistics of the behavior of the FlexFormz donation forms.

You can toggle between viewing test data and live data donations with the slider located at the top right corner.

The FlexFormz Dashboard contains three different reporting sections:

1. All FlexFormz Donations

This section displays the information of ALL donations separated by frequency. You can visualize the total amount of donations received, the number of donations and the average donation amount.

  • All Gifts – This metric shows the single and recurring donations combined.
  • Single Gifts – This metric shows only the one-time donations.
  • Recurring Gifts – This metric shows only the monthly donations.

Filters: By Date

2. Top 5 FlexFormz Campaigns

This section shows the five campaigns with the most donations by default. When you filter this section by a single campaign, the frequency of the selected campaign will be shown. You can visualize the total amount, the number of gifts and the average donation amount.

3. FlexFormz Giving by Type of Form

This section groups the donations by their form type. You can visualize the total amount, the number of gifts and the average donation amount.

How the Filters work in each reporting section:

Filter by Date

You may filter the data by date with the following options:

  • Today – Shows the donations of the current day.
  • This Week – Shows the donations of the current week (Sunday to Saturday..
  • This Month – Shows the donations of the current month.
  • Year To Date – Shows the donations from January 1st of the current year to the current date.
  • All Dates – Shows all donations received since the Formz creation
  • Range – Shows the donations of your date range selection. You must select a starting and end date.

Filter by Campaign

This filter will list all of the campaigns currently activated in your FlexForm plugin, you can filter the information by a specific campaign or select all to view the data of all the campaigns.
