Will the high court adhere to the Constitution or will it adhere to special interests and its own individual political persuasions?

Today the Supreme Court will stat tackling Obama care appeals. Maybe our judges will surprise us all and follow the letter and intent of the Constitution instead of legislating from the bench.  If wisdom rules the high court will declare th whole thing unconstitutional as it is.

With all the clean air bills, the other clean this or that movements, might I suggest a clean act to rid corruption, at all levels and in all flavors from our government. It is long over due. Does anyone now when we last had an administration that was corruption free? Certainly not in my lifetime that I am aware of! I find that sad!!

Mr. Speaker, I trusted you at your word that things would be different in Congress after the mid term. Boy was I stupid.  We were all stupid! While you all, Democrats and Republicans, in Congress play at solving our problems, we, the people have seen absolutely nothing in return for any of your “collective” efforts.

Get your acts together. Don’t raise the debt limit. Cut expenses. Start with all those executive orders that our “president” keeps passing which strip away our rights little by little. Is there not one single honest, courageous Republican who is willing to stand up to the Democrats “and” tell the people the truth about the socialist/communist/Marxist take over in this nation? It is time to take action!. We need to stop this President from bankrupting this country. He is completely unwilling to listen to anyone’s ideas but his own. If he wants to live in a socialist/communist/Marxist country then Congress has my permission to buy him and all his other socialists/communists/Marxists pals a one way ticket to China (oh, wait, they are starting to embrace capitalism), or Russia (oh wait, the old Russia failed, so they did it wrong?), Cuba (hmm, they will soon be all alone as the Cubans keep coming here (in boats, etc.) to get away from “Utopia”!), Well, then just buy them all one-way tickets to Brazil or Venezuela! Representative Giffords and several others were recently shot. Several other people including a judge were also killed in the same incident.

Demo-commies were quick to place blame on Republican rhetoric they considered “inflammatory.”  Such remarks were often those expressing different views than those held by the extreme liberals in Congress! They were particularly “reflective” about a comment made by Sarah Palin about a Democratic opponent being in the cross hairs or bulls eye in upcoming elections.

The remark was not one taken by everyday people like you and me as anything shocking. It was a remark like ones made often during political raceson both sides. The remark simply meant his or her opponent was going to aggressively campaign for the post in question! The Demo-commies inferred that this remark and other remarks made by Conservatives and Republicans encouraged events such as Representative Giffiords’ nearly fatal attack!

The Demo-commies are very quick to point the finger so they can distract the people away from real issues like Obama care, government spending, the wars, unemployment , lack of jobs, and other issues now facing the nation. The Demo-commies’  strongest attacks are directed toward the “radical” (their words, not mine)  Tea Party, those states limiting union activities for public employees, and trying to embarrass the Republicans or  coerce them into signing the budget bill without the cuts in spending demanded by the citizens. Judge Strikes Down ObamaCare

The Health Care has been declared unconstitutional by Judge Roger Vinson:

Judge Roger Vinson, in Pensacola, Fla., ruled that as a result of the unconstitutionality of the “individual mandate” that requires people to buy insurance, the entire law must be declared void.

As a Virginian, today was a proud day for me, especially after reading this report by NBC, Va. Wins First Round in Fight Over Health Care Reform:

A federal judge has denied a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The state claims that Congress exceeded its authority under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause by requiring citizens to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.

The Virginia General Assembly passed legislation this year exempting state residents from the coverage mandate.

More than a dozen other states are part of another similar lawsuit, but Virginia’s is the first to go before a judge.

“I applaud today’s decision allowing Virginia’s constitutional challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to move forward,” said Gov. Bob McDonnell.

The health care reform would “violate Virginia’s Health Care Freedom Act, which was passed by a bipartisan majority of the Commonwealth’s democratically elected representatives,” McDonnell said.
