I've been tweaking the codes for a good solid two hours, and no go. The filter="chroma" isn't working, the ALLOWTRANSPARENCY="true" isn't working, no ideas from anyone have helped so far.

For those of you who want to take a look at my sources to tell me what I should or shouldn't be doing:

This is all uber uber under construction, but I'd really just like to get that one aspect down before I start in on anything else. Gracias.
