DesktopNoteOK is an app that lets you place Post-it style sticky notes directly on your Windows desktop with multiple customization options. You can create notes that appear with backgrounds and text in completely random colors, or you can choose the color and font you want. You can also resize notes by dragging their corners until they are the size you need, helping you keep your reminders visible and perfectly organized.

Random colors for your notes

With DesktopNoteOK, you can turn on the random dark text mode to achieve optimal contrast on light backgrounds. DesktopNoteOK allows you to switch between automatically generated colors and custom tones that match your desktop background.

Customizable transparency and size

DesktopNoteOK features a slider that allows you to change the amount of transparency you want for your notes to blend them in with the desktop. You can also set the default size from the Settings so that each new note already has the perfect dimensions. DesktopNoteOK gives you the freedom to resize individual notes at any time, keeping all the text editable.

Control from the system taskbar

DesktopNoteOK allows you to right-click its taskbar icon to instantly create new or edit open notes. You can hide all your notes with a single command whenever you need more screen space, and reactivate them from the same menu at any time. Additionally, you can force DesktopNoteOK so that any note you want is always displayed in the foreground, even overlapping other programs you have open.

Custom themes and backgrounds

DesktopNoteOK lets you select from several predefined themes. These themes are customizable, allowing you to choose between solid colors and easily apply them to new or existing notes. You can mix themes randomly so that each note is different and more easily identifiable.

Quick copying and editing

With DesktopNoteOK, you can double-click on any note to edit text, lists, or long paragraphs. DesktopNoteOK also allows you to quickly copy and paste content from other programs directly into notes. You can duplicate existing notes to replicate lists or structures in repetitive tasks.
