Windows 7 Theme will dress up your Windows XP interface and will give it the look of the future Windows 7.
It has a very average environment; it needs significant improvement as it mainly only changes the start menu and the taskbar.
This WINDOWS 7 THEME seems very bad to me. I found a much better program that makes my XP look like Vista
It gives you a quite neat new style.
It's good. I'm not saying it's the best, but it's okay. xD
