The Three Step Process

Our first conversation with new customers is usually by phone. We’d like to know a little about you, your house and what you want to accomplish in a remodeling project. The process for a simple repair is very different from the planning that needs to take place for a whole house remodel and we just want to help you determine the path that suits your needs best.

In person Walkthrough

Our first visit to your home is always done at no cost or obligation to you. This first meeting is more of a meet and greet for each of us to get to know each other better. We want to understand how we can help you while at the same time provide you with the answers to your questions you have about who we are and how we operate.

Budget + build

Budget is an essential focus of our process. Too often we see plans developed by a designer sitting on a shelf because they are too expensive for the customer’s budget. From the very beginning we will help you set a realistic budget for your project and then every step of our process returns to that budget criteria before proceeding to the next step.
