Mooncloud Key Card

From Deltarune Wiki

The contestants, WOW! They have the ELEVATOR KEY CARD!

Cut Tenna dialogue, Chapter 3

The Mooncloud Key Card (JP: ムーンクラウドキーカード) is an unused item in Chapter 3 of Deltarune that is used to unlock the elevator doors in TV Tower in the unused City Board.

In the unused backstage sections, after the Desert Board, the party passes by a game console that Lancer uses. After a dummied-out cutscene that would involve Lancer explaining how characters appear in boards, Lancer stops using the console, allowing the party to use it and pick up a LancerCon. The party can use it to control Lancer's character to dig up the Key Card, but the Key Card lands in a river and flows away, after which, Tenna announces that Board 2 is ready.

After Tenna activates the "Yogurt Emergency" in the City Board due to Susie intentionally spilling yogurt on her controller to distract Tenna, the party passes by a room with Rouxls Kaard, Lanino, and Elnina in it trying to solve the puzzle in the room. After heading to the room on the right, the party ends up fighting Rouxls Kaard. After the fight, Elnina gives the party her controller, which Kris can use to control Elnina's character in TV consoles.

The room with the dry waterbed containing the Key Card is blocked by a Pippins. The party must play a "money-making game" ran by two Pippins, in which they must roll a 2, 4, or 6 on a die to get rid of the Pippins blocking the room. However, rolling those numbers is impossible, because the die only contains unusual numbers. To win, Susie's character must pick up the die, throw it near the Pippins, then Kris's character must use the camera to take a picture of the die next to the Pippins. The Pippins then leave in fear of being caught cheating.

In the room with the Key Card, Kris uses Elnina's controller to fill a dry waterbed with water, making the Key Card flow onto a bridge where they can collect it.
