Celebrates 125 Years

This year, Delaware Libraries are celebrating 125 years serving our community and working to close the literacy gap. The State Library Commission was founded in 1901 by the General Assembly.

Throughout the year, the Delaware Division of Libraries will celebrate their accomplishments over the past 25 years and highlight the future of libraries throughout the First State.

March 2026 will kick off Anniversary Celebrations as it is also the DLC (Delaware Library Catalog) 20th Anniversary as well!

Follow us on Social Media & visit us on our Website for more about Anniversary Celebrations!
