To escape the endless fighting; to avoid the loss of a loved one; to see new places; to remain among the living; to live peacefully; or even simply to avoid being a burden. Everyone has these desires, whether they acknowledge them or not, whether they were existent for a fraction of a second or not. It is these things that have drawn people to this place, these unconscious desires that have stolen people from their worlds and the black abyss. These desires have brought everyone together once more, in a place where they can live for a time being. They have stolen your privacy, seen and recorded and displayed every detail of your life, the good and the bad alike, but it is merely compensation. |
