Decoration is a photo editor that enables you to decorate your photos in a snap. The program allows you to add files from your computer, Flickr, and the web in a few seconds. Once you selected the images you want to decorate, you need to select the effects you wish to add. There are a great variety of effects which are divided by category; namely, borders, special, color, deformation, movement, blur, and quality, to name but a few. You will be able to crop, rotate, add text, change color, deform the image, add borders, and lots more. All the effects can be previewed in a sample image, but not on yours, which is a shame. Once you have chosen all the effects you wish to add, you need to customize the save options (path, format, quality, rename suffix, etc.) and finally, press "Start".
The program is really easy to use and intuitive, and it has a very nice graphical user interface.
