Rules & Regulations
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES – RV site check-out time is at 11:00 am. RV check-in time is 1:00PM. Site renewal is not automatic. Glamping unit check-out time is at 11:00 am. Glamping check-in time is between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Glampers arriving after 6 pm must call the office to arrange for a later check-in, up to 9 PM. No early check-ins as our housekeeping requires the time to properly prepare your unit.
REFUND POLICY – PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort has a NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be made on advance payments if PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort terminates tenancy. DEPOSITS FOR MONTHLY (1-3 MONTH CAMPERS) OR SEASONAL CAMPERS ONLY(4-6 MONTH CAMPERS) CAN BE REFUNDED AT 50% OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT IF CANCELLED THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR MORE. Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW.’ ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
SPEED LIMITS – All Campers and their guests must observe the speed limit of 5 miles per hour within the park.
PET FRIENDLY RV SITE POLICY – RV sites are pet friendly, with some restrictions, including a $5.00 pet fee, up to two pets. SOME Glamping units, but not all, are pet friendly, and have some restrictions and a $35.00 pet fee, per pet, up to two. Ask about our pet friendly Safari Tents and Deluxe Cabins. Glampers must bring a cage/crate for all pets to be housed in when guests step away from their glamping unit. Pets must be pre-approved by Campground. Pets larger than 40 lbs. may be allowed upon management approval but approval is not automatic or guaranteed. Aggressive breeds (as determined by Campground, including without limitation, pit bulls, rottweilers, akitas, chows and Dobermans, etc.). are prohibited. Aggressive or barking dogs will be asked to leave. Approved pets must be always kept on leash. A fenced dog run with dog bath/shower is available onsite as a complimentary pet friendly amenity. Pet excrement must be removed promptly and properly disposed of by pet owner.
