BARRE
Our signature low-impact, high-intensity, fusion of Pilates and Dance.
This class will challenge your whole body with combinations of strong sculpting exercises and big bursts of low-impact cardio combos. Working in the centre, at the ballet barre and on your mat we focus on your form and technique to ensure you get the best and safest workout for you.

SCULPT MOVES
A 45 min intense slow burn, low impact class using our 4.5kg weighted ring, ankle weights and resistance bands. This class is designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. It will challenge both your body and mind at the same time you build strong lean muscles.

DANCE SCULPT
No matter your dancing skills, everyone is invited to this dance party! CARDIO SCULPT
Designed like a traditional HIIT-style class and evenly combining cardio and sculpting exercises, this class will burn calories and booties! Like all our multi-levelled classes we encourage our members to listen to their bodies and take progressions or modifications as they need. YOGA SLOW FLOW
A slow-paced form of vinyasa yoga that emphasises connecting breath with movement, holding poses longer, and cultivating a deeper connection with the body and mind. The gentler practice is wonderful for beginners but also more advanced members who are looking to gain a deeper connection with mind and body.

STRETCH & RELEASE
Designed to increase your flexibility, mobility, and blood circulation at the same time assist in injury prevention. Using a variety of props to enhance your stretches as well as the foam roller for self-massage and circulation-increasing stretches. This class is about giving back to yourself, a must for everyBody!

This class is specifically designed and tailored for our pre and postnatal humans! Our instructors are trained to look after you and understand that everybody has a different and unique perinatal journey. Your instructor will offer options based on what stage you’re in as well as how you’re feeling on each given day. Know that by getting to class and moving your body, you are doing amazing. Parents, you’re welcome to bring your little one to this class, with exercises designed to be done with them in a supportive carrier, on the mat with you, or in a pram (suitable until they’re on the move). Stretch, stabilise and strengthen in a guided and supportive environment.

Our signature fusion of Pilates and Dance class, specifically designed for teens aged 14- 18. A meditative approach to yoga, emphasising passive stretching and aiming to cultivate a deeper internal awareness. This passive style of yoga focuses on targeting the deep connective tissues in the body, including ligaments, bones, and fascia. It involves holding poses for extended periods, typically between 3-5 minutes, utilising props to support the body, encourage relaxation and promote a meditative state.
