Curation is a process, not a checkbox.

Every brand on D2C Bazaar goes through a manual review before it's listed. We're not a directory you can auto-submit to. We look at the brand, the product, the founder, and the overall presentation. Then we make a call.

We also keep watching after a brand is listed. If a brand goes quiet and stops being active, it won't stay in our browse and search results. A listing on D2C Bazaar is a living signal, not a permanent badge.

No algorithms decide who gets listed. A real person reviews every application — we look at the brand holistically, not just a form.

Verified, not just listed

Brands that claim their listing get a Verified badge. It means a founder is behind the page and stands by the information on it.

We track whether listed brands remain active. Brands that go dormant are removed from browse and search — we only surface brands that are still operating.

  • Sell exclusively via WhatsApp with no public storefront of any kind
  • Are resellers or distributors of other manufacturers' products without meaningful value addition — you must make or brand what you sell
  • Are not Indian-founded or India-first in market focus
