1992
Dr. Parm Randhawa founded the lab in his garage to provide vegetable seed health testing.
1995
Quickly outgrowing Parm's garage, the company expanded to its first commercial facility as California Seed and Plant Labs, Inc.
2012
Relocated to our current state-of-the-art facility, which has since expanded to include dedicated lab space, temperature-controlled incubation rooms, and greenhouse capacity to support growing demand.
2020
Opened CSP Labs Asia, the first private third-party seed health testing lab in Thailand, expanding our global testing capabilities.

Grove Facility
CSP Labs’ Pleasant Grove facility is designed to support the highest standards in seed and plant health testing. With 16,000 sq. ft. of dedicated lab space, 4,000 sq. ft. of temperature-controlled incubation rooms, and 10,000 sq. ft. of greenhouse space, we provide an optimized environment for precise diagnostics and research. Our facility is equipped to handle a wide range of testing needs, ensuring accurate and reliable results for our clients.
