About

Recent conflicts around the world have demonstrated the growing importance of electromagnetic warfare, from communications jamming to GPS disruption and beyond. As the strategic landscape evolves, so does the need for coordinated, well-resourced EMSO capabilities.

The Association of Old Crows (AOC) has proposed the creation of a Joint EMSO Combat Support Agency (JEMSO CSA) for consideration in the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act. The proposal envisions a unified structure, modeled after existing agencies such as DISA and DTRA, that would centralize EMSO policy, coordination, and training across military services.

AOC has been engaging with members of Congress and relevant working groups as the proposal moves through the legislative process. This page serves as a resource hub for those seeking to follow and understand the proposal's development.
