Repipe Services

What  We  Do

All We Do Is Repipes!

We take what used to be a major constriction project and turn it into a minor inconvenience!

Single Family Residential

As repipe specialists, we handle even the most challenging homes. If other contractors have said your home is difficult to repipe due to slab foundations, flat roofs, block walls, or limited attic access, our team can help.

Instead of unnecessary tile removal or invasive work, we evaluate your home carefully and create an efficient repipe plan. As a result, homeowners avoid damage while still getting a complete plumbing upgrade.

Our residential repiping services focus on speed and precision. Most single-family homes are fully repiped within one to two days, delivering a clean, seamless process with minimal disruption.

Multi-Family Commercial

At Creative Repipe, we specialize in repiping multi-family and commercial buildings while minimizing tenant disruption. With experience handling properties with 30+ units, our team follows a streamlined system that keeps projects organized and efficient.

To maintain daily operations, we use a “dry” installation approach whenever possible. This allows us to install new plumbing inside the walls without shutting off the water supply. Once installation is complete, we schedule a short, coordinated water shutdown—typically one to two days—to complete final connections.

In addition, we communicate proactively with property management and tenants. Our team provides clear notices and conducts meetings when needed to ensure everyone knows what to expect. As a result, multi-family repipe projects move forward smoothly with minimal impact on daily routines.

Our Materials

What  We  Use

100% American-Made Copper or PEX

We specialize in repiping single-family homes and multi-family properties using premium PEX or copper materials proudly made in the USA. Because material quality matters, we use products designed for long-term performance and potable water safety.

With thousands of successful repiping projects completed, our team delivers a worry-free repipe experience built on precision, craftsmanship, and proven results. As a result, homeowners and property managers can trust their plumbing system is upgraded the right way.

Copper Repipe

Copper has long been a trusted plumbing material because of its strength, reliability, and proven performance. Today, copper remains an excellent option for homeowners who prefer a traditional plumbing system or have sensitivities to plastic piping such as PEX.

Copper pipes are available in several grades, each designed for different pressure and durability needs. Type L and Type K copper are thicker, stronger, and better suited for long-term residential and commercial plumbing systems, while thinner types are more prone to wear over time.

At Creative Repipe, we do not install soft copper or Type M copper. We exclusively use hard copper, made in the USA, in Type L or Type K, depending on the demands of the property. As a result, our copper repipe installations deliver superior durability, pressure performance, and long-term reliability.

If you’re considering a copper repipe, choosing the right material matters. Our team installs copper systems built to last, providing peace of mind and a dependable plumbing upgrade.

PEX Repipe

PEX is a modern plumbing solution known for its flexibility, durability, and resistance to corrosion and mineral buildup. These qualities allow for efficient installation, fewer wall openings, and reliable long-term performance in residential plumbing systems.

However, not all PEX systems are the same. The quality of the materials, fittings, and installation methods directly affects how the system performs over time. That’s why choosing the right PEX system matters when it comes to your home’s potable water supply.

At Creative Repipe, we install a supervisor-inspected PEX system made with high-quality, USA-made materials that meet strict potable water standards. Our PEX system is not available in hardware stores and is installed exclusively by licensed professionals to ensure safety, durability, and long-term reliability.

If you’re considering a PEX repipe, quality should never be compromised. Contact Creative Repipe for a free estimate and experience the difference a professionally installed PEX system makes.
